I am writing to give feedback for your sales person Wayne Essex, as I have recently bought a Vauxhall Corsa on a PCP from him at Baylis in Cirencester. May I start by saying that I initially only came to browse and see what Baylis had to offer, because it happened to be close by.
In fact I was very determined not to buy a car without giving it a few weeks thought and visiting other garages.

 I had also never considered a Vauxhall. However Wayne was very impressive both in instilling confidence in the car and your other products, and the service that I would receive over the years ahead. His sales approach focuses on service and helpfulness and was never overly pushy. As a result and to my surprise I signed up for a car the following day. I have not been disappointed.

 The car is a pleasure to drive - I use all the gadgets that I assured Wayne I wouldn't! And true to his word - when I had cause to come back due to a puncture - Wayne could not have been more helpful. I did wonder if having sold me the car - I would be left a bit high and dry if I needed anything else. But that - I am delighted to say - has not been the case. I am recommending people to Baylis - and I am recommending they speak to Wayne. He's an exceptional sales person.
