I wanted to relay our recent experiences of dealing with Baylis Vauxhall, and especially compared to previous experiences at other dealerships.
In 2013 we visited Skurrays in Swindon, looking at purchasing one car, maybe two. We were subject to what I would call a hard sell with no consideration being paid to what we were looking for or what budget we had. After a lot of reiteration of what we wanted/could spend we eventually purchased one car but were less than enamoured by the experience which included the late addition of GAP insurance into the finance agreement and being told it was too late to withdraw from such but we could cancel within 30 days if we so wished - but they added to leave it as close to the 30 days to do so!
Roll on 2 1/2 years, my wife had changed job and needed a newer car for her journey to Swindon for work. We had seen a Corsa advertised but this had been sold so my wife visited your Cirencester branch. Wayne listened to what we were looking for and our budget for such and we were impressed with another Corsa within our price range which we subsequently purchased. We were very happy with the service received, so much so that I started to look at replacing my Zafira with a Zafira Tourer. Again Wayne listened to what we were looking for and how much we could spend and looked at sourcing the car we were after as this wasn't in Baylis' stock. Roll on 10 days and we now both have new used Vauxhall's from you and the service has been second to none and very refreshing given past experiences with Vauxhall elsewhere.
This comes down to Wayne and the way he dealt with us, we're very happy and have recommended Baylis to friends (I have a number who are envious of the new Zafira!) and I wanted to pass on our thoughts for your onward consideration to Wayne
