When Vauxhall created Network Q, it established one of the UK's first nationwide Approved Used vehicle schemes. Since 1990, two million drivers have enjoyed a Vauxhall for less.
You can continue to benefit from access to quality pre-owned cars at competitive prices. Find a Network Q car at Baylis Vauxhall now.
Careful multi-point checks on all models
Every Vauxhall offered through Network Q is guaranteed to have passed a multi-point inspection. This encompasses:
Inspections are carried out by our Vauxhall-trained servicing centre technicians. We take each car out on a test drive as part of the check, to make sure the on-road performance is as it should be.
The Vauxhall Ownership Promise
Baylis works to Vauxhall's high standards at all times. We uphold the Ownership Promise from the manufacturer.
The mileage, Vehicle Identification Number and service history will all be completely accurate and confirmed. You can be sure there is no outstanding finance on the car, and that it has never been stolen or written off. Vauxhall's recall register is also checked for each model, ensuring it is not fitted with previously recalled parts.
30-day exchange, one-year warranty*
Should an electrical or mechanical fault develop within the first 30 days, if we are unable to resolve the issue we will exchange your vehicle. You will receive a Network Q model of equal value to replace the car you initially chose.
All Network Q cars at least two years old arrive with a 12-month warranty.
If the model is newer, it will come with the balance of the remaining warranty from brand new. This is three years or 60,000 miles, whichever you reach first. As an example, a one-year-old Vauxhall with 20,000 miles on the clock is covered for either another two years or 40,000 miles.
Specialist warranties apply to the brakes, clutch and battery. A year-long warranty also covers any genuine Vauxhall parts we use to repair and maintain your vehicle.
Insurance that leaves you Free To Go
You really can drive away with the Vauxhall of your dreams the same day.
Network Q vehicles are covered by instant Free To Go insurance, which protects you for five days from purchase. This gives you more time and freedom to shop around for the best car insurance deal.
Another reassurance is the year of free breakdown cover you receive with your Vauxhall. Call Network Q Roadside Assistance, which is provided via the RAC. This includes:
If your Network Q car is unexpectedly involved in an accident, recovery will be to the nearest approved Vauxhall bodyshop. You will receive a complementary courtesy car while your vehicle is being repaired.
Via the exclusive Vauxhall Service Club, you could enjoy discounts on maintenance. The following offers apply on Network Q models:
Club membership also means your annual MOT test will be half price. All work will still be carried out by qualified technicians using authentic Vauxhall parts.
