Following the recent Government announcement confirming a new lockdown from 5th November, we wish to confirm how we will continue to keep you moving safely within the guidance laid out by the Government.
Our showrooms and forecourts will not be open to Sales customers from the 5th November until further notice. Our teams will however still be on site to facilitate New and Used car and van sales remotely and support you to transact online, over the phone and email. If you are due to collect a new car or van that has already been purchased you can still do this, please contact us directly for further details. The handover of your new vehicle will be able to take place outside, with Covid-secure measures in place to protect both our customers and our employees. Or if you would prefer for your new vehicle to be delivered to you, we can offer a home delivery option, again fully compliant with Covid guidelines.
Baylis employees will continue to be in our dealerships to help you with any sales or aftersales enquiry, including via telephone or email. Our website has the facility to buy or reserve online as well as being able to book service and MOT.
Our Service, Parts and Bodyshop departments will remain open as usual for all servicing, MOT and repair work, all in a Covid-secure environment. All areas of the business are equipped with hand sanitizer stations and protective screens, and ready to take cashless payments.
