Baylis Motor Group is expanding – and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Leader to join us as our new Group Service Manager. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our successful and growing business.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a strong and inspiring leader who can get the best out of their people. You will:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in people management (ideally within automotive retail).
- Be a proven leader with the ability to positively influence and motivate teams.
- Be target-driven, ambitious, and able to deliver strong results.
- Have experience in coaching and developing people, adapting your style to suit individual needs.
- Possess strong business and analytical skills, with the ability to identify challenges and take decisive action.
- Have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role – Group Service Manager
As part of our Aftersales leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving performance across several dealerships within the Baylis Group. Working closely with the Aftersales Director, you’ll take ownership of service performance, team development, and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coaching 5–6 Service Managers at their dealerships.
- Exceeding monthly financial net profit targets.
- Ensuring consistently outstanding customer experience.
- Managing the diary of your Group Support Service Manager.
- Collaborating with your fellow Group Service Manager to achieve shared objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturer partners.
- Embedding company values, health & safety standards, and best practices across your teams.
- Delivering on key KPI performance indicators.
This is a role where leadership, influence, and commercial acumen will make a real impact.
