30 Day Exchange Pledge
We believe in our vehicles, in their inherent quality and regard our customer's satisfaction as a priority. So for added peace of mind, if your vehicle develops a mechanical or electrical fault (in the first 30 days of ownership) that cannot be repaired to a satisfactory standard, we'll exchange it for a vehicle of equal value.

Baylis Vauxhall Warranty
The Baylis Vauxhall Warranty covers vehicles for three months as standard, but may be extended to twelve, twenty four or thirty six months at an additional cost.
For detailed information of parts and components covered by your warranty, please refer to the written information which will be given to you at the point of purchase.

Terms & Conditions:
-Three & six month warranties are non transferable
-Twelve, twenty four & thirty six month polices are transferable on the grounds the customer sells the vehicle privately, not part exchanged within the motor trade
-Thirty days no quibble cancellation mandate
-Claim limit restricted to the total purchase price (TPP) of the vehicle

Network Q Comprehensive Warranty
1 Year Warranty*
Every Network Q vehicle has a minimum 12-month warranty. Vehicles less than 2 years old get the balance of the manufacturer warranty, which lasts until the vehicle reaches 3 years old or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first)

1 Year Roadside Assistance**
With Network Q Roadside Assistance you are safe in the knowledge that help is only a phone call away if you ever need it. Our Roadside Assistance is supplied by the RAC and includes:

Service Club

Regular servicing and maintenance are vital to the reliability and safety of your vehicle. We use only genuine parts that all come with a minimum 12-month warranty.

Free Accident Management
In the event of an accident, we've got you covered. Our Free Accident Management Programme ensures your vehicle will be recovered to an approved Vauxhall bodyshop, while you receive a free courtesy vehicle. All repairs are carried out with genuine Vauxhall parts to a certified standard.

*All warranties have a 100,000 mile limit. Network Q warranties are available on selected vehicles and at participating retailers only. Network Q warranties provide 'all mechanical, all electrical component' coverage. Vehicles that are over 2 years old, under 7 years old and have less than 70,000 miles at date of purchase will receive a minimum 1 year warranty. For vehicles that are between 2 and 3 years old this will be made up by the remaining part of the Vauxhall manufacturer warranty topped up with Network Q warranty to give 1 year coverage.

**If your vehicle is less than a year old, any time remaining of first year's roadside assistance is deferred, so you get the remaining time plus another year.
