Baylis has an exciting and unique opportunity for the next rising aftersales management star. We are looking for an exceptional individual to work across the group, rising to the challenge of training to be a manager whilst studying for a Chartered Management Apprenticeship Degree, level 6.

The degree is a three year study programme to complete levels 4, 5 and 6 of a Chartered Management Degree via the University of Gloucester. It is made up of on the job learning, mentored by a senior manager and work place coach, university day release and course work, supported by a university mentor. Baylis are a motor retailer with 9 dealerships and 2 accident repair centres. We are based in Gloucester but operate across 3 counties and South Wales. Each dealership also has an operational aftersales department to provide servicing, MOT and repairs together with parts and warranty work.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate would:

• Hold Level 5 GSCE in English and Maths

• Hold GCSE Science (Preferable but not essential)
• Hold a full driving licence
• Have a minimum of 3 years customer facing experience
• Have problem solving ability
• Ability to think strategically
• Be able to display our values
• Ability to study for 3 years
