Blackpole Trade and Save is our specialist used car department selling retail part exchanges from the Baylis Group. We are offering a very competitive basic salary and the unique opportunity of uncapped earnings. The role will involve working Saturdays and every other Sunday for 5.5 days a week
We train our showroom advisors to have a highly adaptable skill set and market-leading knowledge to assist and guide customers either online or in-person to selecting the perfect vehicle for them along with several benefit packages we offer- all you need is the right attitude and work ethic and we will help you succeed.

We are looking for a passionate, driven individual, who matches our company values along with excellent communication skills and ideally some background in retail sales. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.
As a Retail Showroom Advisor, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
· Providing outstanding customer experience
· Assisting customers by demonstrating vehicles that suit their needs
· Introducing the customer to finance experts to discuss their funding options
· Informing customers of additional products and services that we offer
· Creating sales opportunities through different means of prospecting
· Supporting the management with digital imagery
Baylis also offers a unique progression opportunity to further your career, representing two new vehicle brands and with over 400 used cars across 12 sales outlets across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and South Wales.
The role will involve working Saturdays and every other Sunday for 5.5 day a week
