Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to join our team in our Baylis Peugeot Branch. This is a great new opportunity due to the recent addition of the brand to Baylis. We are looking to expand the team due to the ongoing growth of the brand within Baylis. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong background in achieving sales targets.

Who you are:
- Have 3 years experience in retail sales- Ideally motor industry
- Proven high customer service levels with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence
- Demonstrate active listening skills being able to understand customers wants, needs and requirements whilst managing a sales process
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Be able to analyse situations and identify potential hazards with solutions
As a Business Manager:
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills to work with a sales executive building rapport and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- You must be self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- You will need to have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Main Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Oversee the sales team through the Baylis sales process ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Prepare and Provide detailed information about pricing, specifications, and financing options to customers
· Negotiate sales agreements and finalise vehicle purchases, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation and contracts. Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends

42.5 hours across 5.5 days per week based on day off in the week, working Saturday and alternate Sundays.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through prospecting and maintaining the customer database.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
