Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year

Job Specification Technical Service Advisor (Triage)

Who you are:

· Ideally hold a Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance Qualification

· Hold at least a level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance Qualification

· You will have the customer at the centre of your work

· Attention to detail

· Enjoy being busy and meeting new people

· Like a variety in your work

· Hold a full driving licence to drive manual and automatic cars

As the Technical Service Advisor:

· Be able to meet customers face to face and discuss the vehicle concerns they have experienced

· Be able to carry vehicle diagnostic checks and road tests to decide on the next steps in the repair process

· Be able to estimate costs for potential work on customers vehicles

· Be able to appoint customers in a diary

· Be able to work in the workshop when there are not enough triage appointments

· Be able to create a detailed work instruction (job card) to move the

Main Duties

· Complete vehicle health checks combined with a video presentation of the condition

· Keep up to date with technology changes by completing regular manufacturer training

· Customer interaction mainly face to face and via the various communication channels.

· Maintain detailed records of each service visit on the job card.

· Deliver outstanding customer experience.

· Handle customer concerns and help address complaints.
