Baylis Gloucester have a great opportunity for someone with digital skills to work within the automotive retail sector. This is your opportunity to join our successful sales team as a Digital Specialist. The Digital Specialist will be responsible for photographic / video documentation and control of our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory plus filming of sales consultants for advertisement and enquiry management on digital media.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Position and photograph/video new & pre-owned vehicles when they enter inventory
- Upload photographs to multiple digital media sites, including the company website
- Maintain & organise vehicle inventory on internal software and systems
- Video sales staff for enquiry management
- Reply to customer enquiries with correct digital content
- Communicate internally on all digital correspondence
- Assists in all other areas of the sales department, as needed
- Maintains professional appearance
- Must follow all company safety policies and practices
