Service Advisor - Evesham

Job Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide the important link between our customers and the team of technicians, ensuring that our customers receive the best experience. this is a customer-facing role.

Skills Required

• A professional appearance
• Enthusiastic attitude with an ability to remain positive in the occasional challenging situation
• Customer service experience, with a customer-centric approach
• Confident telephone techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage own time and workflow
• Able to confidently use Microsoft operating systems
• Attention to detail with an ability to write clearly, as dealing with a high level of paperwork
• Active listening skills with an ability to document items accurately
• Sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Mobility to swiftly and safely move vehicles and escort customers to their vehicles
• Full UK driving licence and able to drive manual and automatic vehicles

Working Hours and Salary
Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.00 and alternate Saturday mornings 08.30 to 12.30
Salary: £30k OTE
