What is a Visual Health Check?

All vehicles that come through our workshop receive a FREE Vehicle Health Check, giving you complete peace of mind every time you visit.

The vehicle health check process is simple and transparent. Once your car is on the ramp, we thoroughly inspect the underside, focusing on areas that are harder to access – such as brakes and suspension components – to ensure there are no signs of wear or damage.

All findings are carefully analysed and presented using an easy-to-understand traffic light system:

Green means everything is in good condition
Amber highlights items to monitor or plan for in the future
Red indicates components that require immediate attention

This way, you stay fully informed and in control of your vehicle’s maintenance at all times.

Once we’ve completed the check, you will receive a personalised video from one of our technicians, who will talk you through their findings in clear, simple terms. Your service adviser will then go through the full report with you, explaining any recommended work and answering any questions you may have. As your vehicle is already on the ramp in our service centre, you can choose to have any necessary work carried out straight away – saving you both time and worry.
