Working Hours: 42.5 hours across 5.5 days per week based on day off in the week, working Saturday and alternate Sundays.

MG Gloucester is growing! Due to continued success and an expanding product range, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.

You’ll guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to handover, delivering an exceptional experience while achieving sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident, personable and customer-focused
A strong communicator with excellent listening skills
Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
Resilient, enthusiastic and driven
Experienced in retail or customer-facing sales
Passionate about delivering great customer service
A full UK driving licence holder

Automotive sales experience is desirable, but not essential — attitude and customer focus matter most.

Your Role

Welcome customers and understand their needs
Recommend suitable MG vehicles and finance options
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Manage enquiries, follow-ups and your customer pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep up to date with MG's latest products and technology
Deliver an outstanding experience from enquiry to handover
Work closely with Finance, Service and Management teams
Follow all company processes and regulatory requirements
