We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Business Manager to join our brand-new Baylis Westgate dealership in Gloucester. Representing Leapmotor, Mitsubishi, and a wide range of quality used vehicles, you'll work closely with our Sales Executives to deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle and finance solution.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting and overseeing the sales team throughout the Baylis sales process.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Presenting finance, pricing and vehicle options tailored to customers' needs.
- Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining customer records.
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle models, technology and market trends.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years' experience in retail sales (motor industry experience preferred).
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong communication, active listening and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A self-motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets.
- The ability to assess situations, solve problems and support colleagues effectively.

Working Hours
This is a 42.5-hour position worked across 5.5 days per week, with a weekday off, every Saturday, and alternate Sundays.
